[applause] >> thank you, charles, for that kind introduction. i want to start by saying what an honor it is for me to speak in front of this audience in particular, especially the students in the clinton school. i, myself, have a master's from the princeton's woodrow wilson school of public policy, a very similar degree, and i have always found it amazing that i have been able to carve a career for myself, as you are doing, thinking about how the world c
